Submission procedure for the Proceedings

The conference proceedings for MENU2016 will be published via JPS Conference Proceedings, which is the online open access journal published by the Physics Society of Japan. The articles are peer-reviewed.

Timeline

No later than the end of March, 2017 Published online

Page Limits

Please follow the following page limits in preparing your manuscript, while they are not strict.
  • Plenary talks: approx. 8 pages.
  • Keynote talks: approx. 6 pages.
  • Parallel talks: approx. 4 pages.

Manuscript Preparation

Please prepare your manuscript using LaTeX 2e class file or Microsoft Word template of JPS Conference Proceedings. You can download the template files from this page or directly LaTeX 2e class files and Microsoft Word template.

Manuscript Submission

Please submit your manuscript via JPS Conference Proceedings online submission-review systems.

How to submit your manuscript:

  1. Before submission, authors are required to register as a new user. Please create your account by clicking "register here" (in red).
  2. After the registration is completed, please login to the system with your e-mail address and password.
  3. Please submit your manuscript (single PDF file only) by clicking "Submit a New Paper" (left button).

In order to find "Section" and "Program No.", please visit this contribution list in the RIKEN Indico, search your talk with your name or title of your talk, and click the title. Please use the "Session" name for the "Section", and use the "Board #" for the "Program No.".
