Conference Registration and Hotel Reservation are carried out by "Nippon Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (NTA)". Please visit these registration page.

Hotel reservation by NTA is closed (June,7th).

Conference Fee

The Conference fee includes

  • attendance to all conference,
  • conference bag,
  • conference program,
  • coffee breaks,
  • conference dinner &
  • conference proceedings (online publicatoin).

Receipts

Receipt for the conference registration fee will be issued by Organizing committee and you can receive at the registration desk at the conference venue.
